HI There, I should problably download the app, as I have accounts that I manage through my other bank app. I don't have that issue when using the bill pay there. The only time I interact with BOA is on my Mac or PC to check the balance. I'll have to check it out and repost at a later date. Sorry that I am not much help at this time, but I'll look into it sometime today.
