Hi,
I've certainly had that issue before, and my guess has always been that when
the call was placed, I was in a spot where cell coverage wasn't good. It's the
only explanation that makes sense to me since I've never had the iPhone do that
under any other circumstances. If I've got good bars, the thing's always gonna
ring, unless, of course, the phone is muted.

Subject: phone not ringing on all calls

I'm having a strange issue. Every once in a while I'll find I have a missed
call and sometimes a voicemail and I'll think to myself, huh? how could that
be? I never felt my phone vibrate nor heard it ring. I would also have people
tell me I tried to call you but you didn't answer, and sure enough I'll go to
missed calls and indeed see where that person has tried to call me. I've
powered off and on the phone and still every once in a while a call will slip
through and not ring. Do not disturb is off and this doesn't happen on every
call either, I'd say maybe once every few days or so? Anyone else have this
issue? I have the 4s running ios7.03. Is this a phone issue or an issue with
verizon?
  Thanks.
