Hi Fanus, The problem is, that the Model numbers for iOS devices differ a lot, internationally. so there really isn't a good master database of all model numbers. If you copy the model number from the "About" entry for your device, and put it into a Google search, you'll likely come up with a result. For example, your iPad Mini model number of "me800hc/a" is nothing like the model number codes used in the U.S., but a Google search on this shows it to be an iPad Mini with Retina display Wi-Fi+Cellular 16GB Space Gray. The Everymac.com web site didn't identify that model, because I bet it doesn't have the international model codes for your country in its database.
For anyone in the U.S., Canada, U,K,, Australia, etc. the easiest thing is to look up the information in your "My Support Profile" web page. Several years ago, these pages would only display information on your Apple products if you registered them at this web site by addition serial number information. However, now the registration process seems to occur automatically for new devices, and your serial numbers appear to be recorded once you give your Apple ID on your device as part of setup. The problem is that I don't think the setup of these pages for "My Support Profile" is automatic for all countries. That's why finding the Model number information will let you search out the device specifications on the web, for a very general solution to identifying the features of you iOS device. HTH.
