HI.  I rarely use a blue tooth keyboard for the phone, use a combination of 
mbraille, fleksy the on screen keyboard and dictionn. I do sometimes find 
myself using a blue tooth keyboard with the iPad mini although haven’t tried 
fleksy VI on the mini as yet.
