Yes but careful what you ask for, you just might get it. When I was
looking for a better texting app I found more then I could look at! and in
the end I thought on second thought, I'll just learn to use the one I
already have on my iPhone. I learned it and it's what I use.

You can send an iMessage to another apple user with Siri.
There are apps that allow you to text to non-apple phones.
If you search in the app store for texting, or text messages you should

in the text message, and then send it via Skype, but I need to know

which I believe require the recipient also to be running Viber.
