I prefer the height of the 5 vs the 4. It's nice having that extra row of icons. Also even though the 5 and 5s is taller I find that they fit better in my hand. As far as memory goes like others have said it's a matter of preference but I prefer more memory. I have a 64gb phone which only has 12gb of space left. I realize that's still a lot but any smaller phone would not have worked for me.
