For what it's worht, TweetList put out an updated app not long ago and it is now called TweetList 4, which is version 4. This is important since it works with the newer twitterAPI's and better on iOS 7. TweetList works great if you use lists in Twitter. I like it a lot since there are gestures you can use to bring up different things, so I don't have to open a tweet if I want to retweet it or open its linked URL. Other apps may have different ways of doing this, but I like how TweetList 4 does it. I also like the different tabs at the bottom of the screen, for my home timeline, and other specific tabs just for mentions and direct messages. I would rather have these categories be in different tabs verses mixed up in one big lump. Your milage may vary, :)
