Hi Don, Did you ever use iCloud to back up content on your phone before the upgrade, or to sync contacts or other info between your computer and your phone? If so, that's the password you should use. If not, you can create an iCloud account using your Apple ID -- the email address and password you use to buy content from the app store. Unless you share your Apple ID with others, such as family members, this would make sense. If you do share your Apple ID, you can get an iCloud email address and use it and a password you make up to use iCloud.
