Hi Rob, NatureSpace has wonderful bird sounds, along wtih many other great nature tracks. The app is free and includes six tracks, and you can purchase many more. It plays the sound you choose continuously; the sound loops, but you don't notice the looping. It includes a sleep timer. I haven't used the timer, so I don't know for certain that it's accessible, but the app is accessible overall, so it should be. The only problem I've had is that since I have multiple screens of sounds, the app doesn't scroll through them properly when I flick, but it does move if I use the 3-finger flick up or down.
