I am a TVI who provides virtual instruction. My student finished
Charlotte's Web so I wanted him to watch (listen) to the movie. I am
in one state and he is over 600 miles away. I used my IPhone and
rented the movie from ITunes. I needed to find a way so he could hear
it with me while we were on Skype. I paired my IPhone with my Jam Box
and it worked. All of this was completed without sighted assistance.
He enjoyed the movie and the only down side was that the movie was not
described. I did check on Blind Mice but it was not there. I wish
everyone understood the importance of accessibility like Apple because
all movies would be described. I do believe that day is coming.
