Could you say a little more about how you post the appointment, and where exactly you see an activity but no details? In the month view, each day will say how many events are scheduled, but there won't be any details unless you double-tap on that date. If you are putting in a title, , you should find that once you open the details for that day. If you ask Siri about your appointments for a given day, what do you hear?
