Just to correct one thing; they can continue to call you but will be sent

to check out the blocked list go to settings then either phone messages
or FaceTime then double tap the blocked button.

Is there a way of blocking a number that you don't first wish to add to
your contacts? I know I can block a number that's already in my contacts
list but what about if you get an advertising call, and you obviously
don't wish to have their number in your contacts but you want to block
it? Is there a way to accomplish it? Or is there a way of manually
entering a number somewhere to be blocked?
