Hi Just to add to what Alex has said, the only way it can be done is to use windows, keysync and outlook as there is no other way to do it. Sync phone with outlook, sync Apex with outlook. Honestly, it's not worthit unfortunately. Happy to chat to you about it off list. Scott

It automatically syncs with the Mac's calendar or Outlook, and I can tell Siri to manage appointments if I want to.
