I didn't know you could move the tabs around! How on earth do you do that?

My tabs are:
1. Radio
2. Playlists
3. Artists
4. Songs
5. More

Maybe the fact that I'm not running iOS 7.04 has something to do with it?By the 
way, I'm a girl. :)
