Try a reset network settings by going to settings reset. This will clear
all bluetooth settings as well.

Last Friday, I was working with my iPad and my Braille display, when suddenly
the display quit working. I turned Bluetooth off on the iPad Mini, and I waited
several hours. I managed to get the Braille display working again when it is
connected to the computer, but now it will not work with my iPad Mini, even
after a backup and restore. When I tell it to pair, the iPad says that my
Refreshabraille is not supported. I know it is, because it worked perfectly
last Friday.
Does anyone have any ideas what other steps I can try?
