A client got an iPhone last Fall through WallMart. One of our tech instructors spent a couple of hours on the phone with Straight Talk before he got to someone who actually knew the correct steps to get the full functionality enabled. He is not around any longer and I don't recall what the trick was, but plan to stay on the phone with them until they find the one tech support person who knows what to do.
