For flight tracking, I really like FlightView. This app comes in free, regular ($.99), and Elite ($3.99) versions and works well with VoiceOver. It supports forwarding of itinerary emails to import your flight info into the app, push notifications, and sharing of flight information across multiple devices. I find it very easy to work with.
