Hello, Mária. Lire has very good VoiceOver support. In fact, the developer goes out of his way to help VoiceOver users. Of any RSS reader I have used, Lire is the easiest to understand if one has had no prior experience with an RSS reader. It's due for an iOS 7 update, which is in the works. In the meantime, the latest update gets along well with iOS 7.0.4.
I also add that Feeddler and Feeddler Pro are excellent readers and well worth your investigation. In our correspondence, its developer has emphasized he has designed the app with a very small footprint.
