Hello, Ari. If you want the best advice, write to Notesy Support. They should get back to you in a couple of days.
Last night, in order to get access to all of my Dropbox folders and files, I went into "Settings" and then to "Dropbox." You'll see an option called "Notesy Folder" with a value set to "/notesy." I simply cleared that field, causing Notesy to look at the Dropbox root folder and all of the folders under it. Note that quite a bit of material was downloaded to my iPhone, so you might not want to try this away from a wireless network. If space on your phone is at a premium, I wouldn't go this route. If you decide to revert to using only the Notesy folder, you can reset the path back to "/notesy." Note the leading slash in the name of the path.
