For those who wanted more info about this app, I am including a link to the developer's site. The app is called Index Card and the developer is DenVog.
http://www.denvog.com/app/index-card-for-iphone/ I find this app very VO friendly and have been using it on my 4S for about a year. You can organize cards by project, reorder cards by tapping and dragging and the help is pretty good. The app costs 2.99, but well worth it in my opinion. I hope this is helpful.
