Dan, Have you looked at Voice Dream Reader or Access Note? Both are iOS apps, Voice dream Reader costs $10, and AccessNote costs $20. I don't know if you can open BRF files in Voice Dream, but I'm pretty sure you can in AccessNote. You can get a trial of Voice Dream from the app store.
