Hi, I have also experienced this problem. For me, it tends to happen when I move a long way backwards in a book. For example, if I fall asleep and the next day, I back up maybe 30 minutes or so to get back to where I was before falling asleep, it is likely that at some point while listening, the book will suddenly jump back to some where in the previous chapter. It is very frustrating and disconcerting.
