Terry, when you set up the iPhone you should have set it up to restore
from an iCloud backup. You are going to have to perform an erase all
content and settings before you can do this. Nowhere on the iPhone can
you restore from an iCloud backup other than during setup. So to erase
all content and settings.
1. Double tap settings. The rest will assume you double tap.
2. General.
3. Reset.
4. Erase all content and settings.
5. Erase iPhone.
Note you may have to do this twice for confirmation. You may also need
to enter your Apple Id password to complete this process.
