Hello Rhonda. You create and manage contact groups in the Address Book application. Since I no longer own a Mac, I can't give you specifics. The process, however, is straightforward and. Yu can find the options in the menus of the application along with shortcuts. If you are talking about creating a distribution list, I'm not sure how this is done. In both cases, however, you will have to create and manage them on the Mac. I suggest subscribing to the [email protected] email list. Post your question on that list and you should get an answer.
