Hi Anthony, Connect your iPhone and find it in iTunes. If you have the sidebar on, you can find it by typing the first letter or two of its name. I don't remember off hand the command to turn the sidebar on in Windows, but you can go to the View menu and choose the option to turn it on if need be.
If you find your ipHone in the list and press Tab, you'll reach tab controls for a multi-page dialog box. Choose the Music tab. Press Tab repeatedly until you come to options regarding music. Check the Sync Music check box, and unless you have room for all your music on your phone, check the Sync Selected Playlists check box. If you keep tabbing, you'll find a list of all your playlists. Check the ones you want to sync. Tab to Apply, and press Enter. They will be copied. You should hear a chime when the copying is complete.
