Kay, I went back and reviewed your original post on this thread. Does your friend see all the other list messages except for his own? I know with my gmail account, I never see my own posts to lists when receiving my messages via pop into Outlook. I believe that is an anomaly of gmail only.
If he doesn't have a gmail account, then one of the moderators should check his subscription to make sure he has posting privileges.
