You go to audible.com. Bring up the link chooser and find library. It may say something about a submenu but actually if you just press enter you will be on the page with your library. I think the easiest way to find the link to download a book is to tab. It would be a little more complicated than that if you aren't already signed in on safari when you get there but without you giving more details about what you tried to do and what happened I'm not able to give you specific instructions that would be relevant to what your problem was.
