Hello all,
my friend has Iphone 5 runing the latest update of IOS.
He is having some facetime issues.
When people call her on Facetime, everything is working great. On the
other hand, when she wants to call someone on Facetime, she get
something like "Facetime call failed".
She is on wifi, but I don't think there has been something wrong with
wifi connection as she can receive Facetime calls, she just cannot start
facetime calls.
She had these issues even before IOS update.
Please does anyone know how to get it fixed?
I hope my mail makes sense.
