There's one that my brother and sister-in-law uses called iTube. I think you can download videos and lyric videos, but I don't think the actual song go into your music app on the iPhone. For this, you half to jailbreak. Or, you can download songs from YouTube, and connect your phone to the computer, and use YouTube to MP3 converter, and then sync The song using iTunes to your phone.
