It is quite useable although some buttons aren't labeled. They are easy to figure out in most cases. By all means don't let this stop you because you can use sonos quite easily.
Another advantage to sonos that nobody has pointed out here is that it makes the interface with other music services it supports as consistant and easy to use when you go from one service to another. This is quite a nice advantage. It also sounds quite a bit better then most of the bose stuff out there in my opinion. I have 2 play 5's a suhb and a play 3 and I like the system very very much. Its jnot quite my mcintosh amp with snelle speakers but the imaging and detail is excellent and if you want the sub can really crank out some base but it is quite adjustable.
