Simply find the contacts app, the app came installed on your device. Double
tap on it to launch. double tap on the add button. You will be given several
different edit fields to fill out. Once you have entered in all of the
information that you want to give, then double tap on the Save button. If
this is not as specific as you need it, let me know.
