Choosing "View Original" definitely works. Alternatively, you may want to go into "Settings" and set the "Open Links" option under the "Reading" heading to "Original Page." You may have to sift through a good deal of extraneous material to get to the body of the article, but it is likely to be complete. I believe setting the "Open Links" setting to "Original Page" eliminates the need to press the "View Original" button every time you double-tap an article to read it.
