You won't be able to conduct any kind of transaction without some sort of
payment information. You definitely need to give them a credit card number
so that you can buy apps. If you only get free apps, that's okay; nothing
gets charged to your card.

Few days ago I have created an apple ID. everything okay but little
problem, Now want to use it and download required apps , If I am
trying to use it it says review your ID, Still am ready to do it, It
ask for visa card or master card. However I don't want give the my
personal card detail. For this regard I ask to my friend. he says that
it is your paid ID. Is it true friends? If yes, please assist me what
to do for free apple ID. It mean I'll have to create new ID or
