I'm wondering if I can do this. I'm looking to restore my iPad fresh. I'm updating the IOS and all that...but for now, my apps are completely a disorganized mess. Is there a way to grab my contacts Etc. from an iCloud backup, and not the apps? I'm gonna do the tedious chore of downloading my apps a few at a time, and place them in folders. Is it possible to only get the basic contacts and all that?
