I use netflix with success, but, have to say, sometimes it is a
little tedious. After you tap on the program you wish to play, you have
to press the play button which is sort of at the top of the screen. I
have had the most success doing it this way. I search for the movie or
series I want to view. Then I double tap on that. Then I go up to the
top of the screen, and find the play button. It may take a little while
before it starts to play. Hope this helps. If not, fell free to contact
