There's funBlast Trivia free: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/funblast-trivia-free/id434548894?mt=8 which has three modes, one of which is a millionaire-type game that even has the same theme music. the free version has ads, but you can get bonuses. Personally, I didn't like the ads, so I bought it. the free version is fully playable, though.
