Hi, is it just the millionaire mode, that is accessible with voice-over. or
all the modes accessible, as it doesn't mention anything about voice-over
accessibility, in the app description.

beyond that part. I had my sighted wife try it after ditching voice over.
She could play the game just fine. We even tried turning voice over back
on wile the game was already running and voice over could not read the
questions at all. I tried a couple of others with the same result. If
you do find an accessible version please let the group know about it but I
wouldn't even bother with any paid games. The odds of one of those being
accessible are slim to nun.
