Hi there I am not sure if anyone ever answered this. However I have seen that changing the Skype notifications to Alerts instead of banners will help. That way if you are getting a Skype call, you can double tap it from the notification area on your lock screen and unlock your phone. The trick is, you still have to find the answer button because a two finger double tap will not work from what I understand. Not the best solution unfortunately.
