If not, when you create the folder, double-tap the text field for the folder name to turn on edit mode, double-tap the Clear Text button next to it, then type in the name that you want. When you're finished, double-tap the Done button at the lower right-hand corner of your screen. If you're renaming an existing folder, double-tap and hold on one of the apps to put it into drag mode, then immediately move to the folder name file, double-tap it, clear its text and type the new name.
