I'd recommend tuneIn Pro, or the free tuneIn if you. Other than being able to set up an account and have your favorites saved to sync with another device, I don't recall the benefit of having the pro version.
It is very good with VoiceOver. I also used WunderRadio for a long time but it progressively got less useful and now no longer even have it on my iPhone.
