No, as far as I know. nbc has the rights for coverage, so live streams are also blocked in the US. If you have cable tv, or you get NBC Sports network from your provider, you might be able to get NBC Live Extra to work. It's free in the app store. This is the first Paralympics I have to follow on Twitter. LOL
