yes, well this is the whole problem, there communication and customer services is total shit! the main reason that I asked if there was an app instead, was that I am getting very tired of the long waits to get through on the phone these days, and especially as they have really been pushing the online booking whilst one's blood pressure is being raised trying to get through. that's the only reason I found that there was an app in the first place, as I wanted something for on the go use.
