Ray, You can insert punctuation in your dictation by speaking things like "period" or "comma" or "ellipsis". I've found that with some practice the dictation works very well for me and I use it in most cases. There is a document somewhere that details commands you can use in dictation. I'll see if I can dig up a link to it.
