Greetings all. This question has been on my mind for awhile. Is there a difference between the length of a book in iBooks, or another ebook reader, and the regular print book? I have several books that are much longer in iBooks than their print versions. For instance, one book I am reading is around 300 pages in print, but over 500 pages in iBooks. A second book I bought is 410 print pages, but nearly 1,000 pages in iBooks. Is it the way the book pages are formatted in iBooks? I am reading these books with my Braille display, but I don't think it has to do with how the book is presented in Braille, since these books are being read within a mainstream app. It could have to do with the number of lines displayed since it seems like it doesn't take me any time at all to get through a few pages in iBooks. Are books that people have read in Kindle like this, where the ebook version is twice as long, or longer, than the regular printed version? For what it's worth, I am reading them on an iPhone 5 running iOS 7.0.6.
