Hi, for what it's worth, I find all aspects of the Chase app perfectly
accessible, except 1 thing. That 1 thing is if you are making a bill
payment and you need to adjust the date at which the bill leaves, voice
over doesn't always read the dates. I've had to turn off voice over and
tap the area I think I want since it's basically a calendar view. I have
gotten used to it and get it right most of the time in the date I want,
but this is tedious at best. So, usually for bill paying I just do it
from their site. However everything else is perfectly accessible.

accessibility modifications and I firmly believe that presenting them with a
number of customers with similar requirements will be far more likely to sway
the companys' judgment.
