Hi, I purchased GV Connect. So far so good, but I'm wondering if there's a way to place calls using Groundwire? I'm trying to find an alternative to Talkatone since that service may not be operable after May 15. Yes, I know Raul would point out that there is a lot more to Google Voice than the capacity to make calls, but to me, that's bogus. I'd like the ability to make calls over my wi-fi network if that's doable. I see GV Connect works with Fring and Truphone. Are either of these accessible? I wouldn't mind finding a free means of placing calls other than eating minutes, but if any of you can recommend an affordable VOIP service to use with my SIP client, I'd be much appreciative.
