HI alan, Ringtones are definitely an option in the iTunes Store.
* Do a search in Music and then you can choose the ringtones category on your results screen. * Alternatively, from Settings/Sounds you can tap on the button to set your ringtone and you should see a Store button. This will take you to the ringtones section of the iTunes Store. Both of the above options assume you are searching the iTunes Store from your iOS device. HTH and have a lovely night!
