Hi Mary, I can confirm your findings. If I have any folder but the All Items open when I try to add a book, it just ends up closing the app. Have you written Winston as yet?

I have a "cookbooks" folder. When I first open that folder, and then select ad, book share, search, and then find something to download, I get a crash. This happens on my iPhone or my iPad mini. If, however, I have the all items folder selected, I can download the very same item into that folder. I have not tried it on the iPad mini, but it worked with three books on the iPhone.
