For reading screens I find talking Goggles the best, for example when the computer is quiet it will read the windows is installing 6 of 8 updates, don't shut down etc. TapTapSee is good if you want to read an oven clock or a small air con screen where it will read the temp but it won't OCR large amounts of text.
