Not an app, but there are many talking clock/thermometers on the market.

Hello everyone. I just moved into a new apartment this past weekend, and
the heat isn't controlled by a thermostat, so I have no idea what the indoor
temperature is in my apartment. Does anyone recommend, or know of, an
accessible app that I could see what the temperature inside my apartment is?
I did some searching in the App Store, but didn't find anything.
